Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College – ICA Edu Skills Mega Job Fair 2025
On 24th Feb, 2025, ICA Mega Job Fair In Collaboration with Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College, University of Delhi had turned out to be an exceptional achievement. It served as a dynamic platform for ambitious students to engage directly with top-tier companies and secure valuable career opportunities. The event saw an impressive turnout, with a surge in student registrations and active interactions with recruiters. In addition to hiring drives, several insightful workshops were organized, emphasizing the growing scope of career possibilities in today’s competitive job market.
Purpose Behind the Mega Job Fair 2025
The central aim of this initiative was to tackle pressing issues such as the lack of practical exposure and low employability rates among students. To bridge this gap, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College joined forces with ICA Edu Skills to create an event that not only introduced students to potential employers but also equipped them with the necessary skills and insights to thrive in real-world job settings.
Joining Hands to Enhance Employability
This collaborative initiative saw participation from over 500+ students across Delhi who actively engaged in the job fair, indicating a strong interest and need for such skill-development and placement opportunities among youth in the region. 30 companies who participated with more than 3000+ openings.
Professor Sadanand Prasad, Principal at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College, shared his thoughts- “I am happy to say that Bhimrao Ambedkar College, in association with ICA Edu Skills, Private Limited, conducted a mega job fair today in our college campus. We had more than 30 companies who participated with more than 3000+ openings. Salary is ranging between 3 lakhs to 12 lakhs per annum and more than 500+ students registered for this mega job fair…”
