The event witnessed an overwhelming response with the number of students&#8217; registrations and participants actively engaging with recruiters. The event also witnessed a bunch of workshops done to bring out the scope of career opportunities in our competitive world.<\/p>\n<h2>Objective of Mega Job Fair 2024<\/h2>\n<p>The primary objective of this initiative is to address the critical issues of lack of practical knowledge and poor employability among students. By fostering strong industry-academia partnerships, Mumbai University in collaboration with ICA Edu Skills organized this mega job fair event to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the real-world work environment.<\/p>\n<h2>A Collaborative Effort to improve Student Employability<\/h2>\n<p>This collaboration event between Mumbai University and ICA Edu Skills attracted more than 1800 students across the whole Mumbai region.
