Refund and Money Back Policy

The below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the ICA website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the points below.

If the cancellation is done by the subscriber of the course or purchaser of the course material after registering, No refund will be made.


Registration & password

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ICA, its parent entities, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees, from any and all claims and demands, including attorneys' fees, due to or arising from your use of the site or the service, academic content, non-academic content, assessments, course material and any other conduct related in any way to the service or the site, including but not limited to breaching any warranty or provision contained in these terms of use.



These terms of use and the relationship between you and ICA shall be treated as if entered into and executed in the jurisdiction of the courts at Calcutta (Kolkata), India  India and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the republic of India. You agree to submit to personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the city of Kolkata, India. ICA makes no representation that the materials and content on the site or relating to the services are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly forbidden. Those who access the services or the site from other locations do so on their own initiative and at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Any claim or demand under these terms of use must be made within 1 year of the occurrence of the underlying facts.

If any provision of these terms of use shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
