| Important Rules & Regulation |
| 1. | Installment Fees should be paid on or before 10th day of the Calendar Month failing which a penalty of Rs.20, per day would be charged along with the fees due and non payment of the same till 17th day of that particular month would lead to suspension of classes. Still if payment along with penalty is not done by 30th or 31st of the month (totally penalty charged for 20 or 21 days), then it would lead to dropout and the student would have to take READMISSION by paying Rs.1000 PLUS SERVICE TAX. Should the grace period end on a holiday, all payments must be made by the previous working day |
| 2. | Absence for more than two weeks without prior written permission would lead to ACADEMIC DROPOUT and readmission would have to be taken by paying Rs.1000 plus SERVICE TAX as re-admission fees. If the ABSENCE continues for more than 3 MONTHS, the students REGISTRATION will BE CANCELLED and a Fresh admission would have to be taken without any adjustment of old amount |
| 3. | Fees once paid is non-refundable. |
| 4. | In case of students going on leave, the students would have to pay POST DATED CHEQUES for Installments in advance, failing which the candidates registration stands cancelled |
| 5. | 90% attendance is compulsory. |
| 6. | Any upgradation made in the course is binding on all the students. NO DEGRADATION of course will be allowed at any point of time. |
| 7. | A student has to score 50% marks individually in both Online & Offline Exam. In case of failing a student can reappear by paying Rs.50 as RE-EXAMINATION fees. A student gets only two additional chances of re-examination |
| 8. | In case of absence in exam, reexamination fee would be Rs. 200/- . In case of a student using unfair methods in exams , then registration will be permanently cancelled or a penalty of Rs. 300/- will be levied on him/her. |
| 9. | If any student upgrades from CIA or CIA+ TO CIA Career Plus, then candidates will get guaranteed OJT but Job Guarantee will not be applicable. |

| Job Guarantee |
| Job Guarantee would be applicable only if the following conditions are fulfilled by a student who has enrolled for a JG course :- |
| a) | Graduation completion is must for all students who have taken admission till 30th april 2011. |
| b) | Adequate interviews will be provided. |
| c) | All exams need to be passed. |
| d) | 90% attendance in class. |
| e) | Salary and position will vary from person to person as per their capabilities. |
| f) | ICA does not guarantee job for the handicapped. |
| Transfer |
| No transfer is allowed is allowed for Non-JG courses. However for transfer for admissions in JG course following things need to be kept in mind |
| a) | Transfer in same centre from one batch to another would be chargeable if the same exceeds more than 3 times |
| b | Intercity Transfer is not allowed |
| c | Interstate transfer is allowed ---
i) the student has to pay a transfer fee of Rs.1000/- plus S.T at the centre from where he is seeking a transfer.
ii) The student would have to pay Rs.3000/- plus S.T to the centre where he is getting transfered, in case he is seeking a transfer inbetween any module.
iii) No discounts or schemes availed in prvious centre would be applicable. |
| d) | A transfer would not be allowed in following cases -- i) If the student is in the last module. ii) Completed all modules but only exams are pending. |
