| ICA is glad to announce its alliance with the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) for undertaking training of rural Below Poverty Line (BPL) Students under the scheme of Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY). This is a skills based development project for BPL students to make them employable through placement linked skill development programme.
This alliance is in line with ICA’s commitment to actively participate in social causes, especially for the upliftment and development of the youth of our country. |

| Objective: |

| The objective of this project is to: |
- Minimize unemployment in the country.
- Give opportunity to poor youth to get training and employment.
- To upgrade the skill set of rural youth.

| Implementation: |

| This project will be implemented in all of the three zones- North, East, west & South where 8100 BPL students will be trained and placed in each zone. |

| Coverage: |
|
| The candidates covered in this project would be categorized as follows: |
- 50% SC/ST
- 15% Minority
- Coverage of women to the maximum possible extent.

| Experience of Working with Downtrodden |
|
| ICA has been involved in imparting trainings to unemployed youth under various state and Central Government Schemes in Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode. The courses conducted varied from imparting knowledge of MS office to Job Guarantee courses. |
